- Define validation methodologies, develop comprehensive validation plans, and ensure complete feature coverage.
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced laboratory test setups for complex silicon evaluation.
- Design custom evaluation boards and supporting hardware for silicon characterization.
- Develop automated validation frameworks and measurement scripts using Python.
- Perform data acquisition, statistical analysis, result correlation, and preparation of detailed technical reports.
- Evaluate silicon performance at device, board, and system level, identifying, documenting, and tracking silicon and application issues.
- Generate validation reports, silicon evaluation summaries, and regular project status updates while meeting validation milestones.
- Proactively track assigned activities, identify execution risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Applications, Firmware, Product Engineering, and Quality teams to investigate and resolve silicon and system-level bugs.
- Drive continuous improvement of validation methodologies, laboratory automation, and overall silicon evaluation efficiency.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance validation quality, automation, productivity, and time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in bench validation and debugging of mixed-signal or power management ICs.
