Job Description
- Leadership of multi-site project teams in the delivery of custom and non-custom integrated circuits for Tier-1 customers
- Full project ownership and GO-TO person for all internal teams regarding your project
- Total involvement in all phases of the product development process from project initiation through to end of life
- Establish strong vendor/customer relationship
- Communicate status to customers regularly and ensure that we have a clear understanding of their requirements
- Represent Renesas in a professional manner to all supported customers. Ensure clarity in communication and follow-up of all actions
- Setup and communicate clear project plans to all project team members and to key stakeholders
- Establish and track complete project plan and key milestones, project budget and resources. Ensure project is staffed for success
- Communicate overall status according to an agreed schedule to all stakeholders. Communicate issues early and recommend corrective actions
- Organize and hold regular project team meetings
- Drive for excellence in all areas of the project and ensure issues are surfaced and necessary actions taken
- Co-ordinate and Conduct Project Gate reviews. Ensure that all parts of the product development process are followed and that exceptions are documented and approved
- Ensure that reviews and task force teams are established when required
- Foster an atmosphere of open communication throughout all levels of the project team
- Drive to ensure that project is completed on time, to budget and to requirements.

Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or science
- Project Management certificate (PMP) is a plus
- Proven program management experience gained within the semiconductor industry
- Evidence of success in handling tier 1 accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Confident English speaker in a global business environment
- Self-motivated and service orientated
- Ability to handle complex project situations under high time pressure
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 including advanced skills in MS Project
