Job Description

System Design: Participate in IPS system applications development, including the design of sensor
 solutions, sensing coils, and peripheral circuits.
 • Project Delivery: Lead or participate in the prototyping, calibration, testing, and final delivery of
 position sensor modules.
 • Tool Development: Assist in developing calibration tools, covering flow design, data processing, and
 calibration algorithm implementation.
 • Prototyping: Build demos and test benches; develop sample code or test scripts.
 • Hardware Debugging: Utilize lab instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, etc.) for
 hardware debugging and failure analysis.
 • Documentation: Maintain high-quality technical documents including test reports, user guides, and
 application notes.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely
 related engineering field.
 • Theoretical Foundation: Solid knowledge of analog and digital circuits, sensor principles, signal
 processing, and embedded systems.
 • Design Tools: Proficient in EDA software (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, or Cadence Allegro) for PCB
 design.
 • Programming: Proficiency in C and Python programming.
 • Practical Skills: Passionate about hands-on experiments, debugging, and engineering problem-solving.
 • Professionalism: Clear sense of teamwork, attention to detail, and strong responsibility.
 • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
 • Availability: Minimum 2 days per week for at least 3 consecutive months.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in 3D printing or mechanical design to create simple test fixtures.
• Practical project experience in motor control, encoders, or robotics.
