Job Description

Lead Test Operations and Backend Manufacturing to support business growth, operational excellence, and manufacturing efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, productivity, automation, and capacity readiness while ensuring achievement of key operational KPIs and AOP targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Test Operations and Backend Manufacturing.
  • Drive manufacturing cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs including LOH, Unit Cost, OTD, OEE, Process Cycle Time, and Yield.
  • Drive automation, digitalization, and data-driven process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop automation and smart manufacturing solutions to improve operational performance and reporting efficiency.
  • Ensure facility and capacity readiness to support production and revenue plans.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives toward zero RMA and high product reliability.
  • Support AOP goals through productivity, cost-saving, and variance improvement initiatives.
  • Support customer audits and ensure compliance with ISO14001, ISO45001, and company standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams to support technology growth, NPI readiness, and operational excellence.
  • Promote workplace safety, ESG initiatives, inventory optimization, recycling, and waste reduction activities.
  • Work with ISO14001/ISO45001 team members closely in achieving ESG initiatives set by the company.
  • Supports green energy, company wide inventory reduction efforts, recycle and elimination of waste.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, preferably in Test Operations and Backend Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, process improvement, automation, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Proven leadership experience in driving cross-functional projects and managing operational KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, ESG initiatives, and manufacturing compliance requirements is an added advantage.
