As Manager of Automotive BMS Applications Engineers, you are the technical bridge between the customers and several internal groups. You will lead the Automotive BMS Application Engineering team to become the trusted advisor of Automotive customers. This position is globally by scope, and should be positioned preferable in the Greater Munich Area, or Düsseldorf, Germany

Key Responsibilities

· Grow, mentor, and develop an applications team

· Owner of product collateral, i.e. EVBs, FW, demo application SW, user guides, data sheet, technical documentation, etc.

· Perform competitive benchmarking, Provide comparison data to shape roadmap and promotion.

· Be trusted technical partner of customer´s technical teams

· Regular synch-up meetings with Marketing, Sales and FAEs to identify and win business opportunities.

· Degree in Electrical Engineering or mechatronics

· Min 10+ work experience with automotive Battery Management Systems electronics at automotive Tier1 and /or Car OEMs

· Demonstrated leadership experience of technical teams in supporting customers and partners.

· Strong problem-solving capability to interface customer needs and resources with energetic and proactive approaches.

· Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills.

· Very good command of German and English language and mobility are key elements required for the job.

· Valid and existing residence and work permit for Germany, or another EU country is required
