Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Test Engineers to join our team1. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in ATE test program development and the ability to work independently. This role will focus primarily on test program development, hardware verification, and mass production implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Program Development: Develop and debug CP/FT test programs on ATE(such as DMDx, STS830, UltraFlex, ETS364 platforms).
- Hardware Design: Plan and verify test interface hardware (Loadboard, Probe Card); review schematics and layout designs.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Support NPI processes, including device characterization, bench correlation, and yield improvement analysis.
- Mass Production Support: Resolve production test issues, optimize test flows, and perform Test Time Reduction (TTR) to lower testing costs.
- Strong communication skills: Work closely with international IC Designer, Product Engineering (PE), and OSAT partners to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor test development.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in C/C++, VB, or related ATE programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with Mixed-signal or GaN/IGBT devices testing techniques.
- Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Perl).
- Experience with Cohu DMDX or Acco STS8300 ATE test system.
