Company Description

This role is pivotal in driving the company’s solution selling strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to enhance sales effectiveness, accelerate market adoption, and support the User Experience (UX) group’s mission to deliver superior customer experiences. The Senior Manager, Business Planning is responsible for developing and maintaining systems that evaluate and guide solution selling, using insights from sales data and AI-driven analytics to inform business decisions and enable sales and marketing teams to achieve their goals

Job Description

  • Design and implement performance indicators for solution selling, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize existing sales funnel data and solution proposals to identify trends and actionable insights. 
  • Develop measurable indicators of solution selling (e.g., average parts per board by application, region, or customer)
  • Lead cross-functional teams (internal IT/AI, external contractors, marketing, sales) to develop and maintain scalable analytics systems.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and enhance the solution proposal engine for internal use, leveraging AI capabilities.
  • Analyze past business cases and market trends to inform future strategies.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to sales and marketing teams based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of developed systems.
  • Manage overall KPIs for the User Experience team.
  • Foster active communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years in sales/marketing, sales operations, business planning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in leading business planning initiatives and driving organizational change.
  • Ability to analyze sales CRM data; prior sales operations experience preferred.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving IT, AI, and sales teams.
  •  Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in business (no need to develop AI models, but must understand their use).
  • Proactive mindset for identifying organizational challenges and proposing data-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required. ·
  • Certification in data analytics, project management, or AI applications is a plus.
