We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams. This role will provide hands-on experience in sales operations, data analytics, and customer support processes. The intern will play a key role in managing the sales funnel, maintaining reporting tools, and supporting various operational tasks that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Funnel Management:
    • Assist in tracking and updating leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages.
    • Support data integrity and timely updates in CRM systems.
  • Power BI Reporting:
    • Utilize dashboards for sales and customer service performance.
    • Analyze data trends and prepare summary reports for leadership.
  • Consignment Reconciliation:
    • Support inventory tracking and reconciliation of consignment stock.
    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Sample Management:
    • Coordinate sample requests and help maintain sample inventory records.
    • Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of samples.
  • PCN (Product Change Notification) Tracking:
    • Monitor and update PCN logs.
    • Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure compliance with processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.  Must not have graduated before September 2026
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
