Job Description

The Sr Facility Specialist will provide general administrative support and manage technical operations of the site reporting to the Admin Manager.  

  • Operation & Maintenance of up to ACD, CCTV, AV, 200KVA UPS, HVAC equipment’s like PAC, AHU’s, CSU, DX & VRF (Indoor & Outdoor AC), NOVEC, WLD, VESDA, FA&PA System & HT/LT electrical panels etc.
  • Breakdown & Maintenance of Utility equipment’s, Kitchen Equipment’s as per the 52-week PPM schedule.
  • Fortnightly rounds in sites to take the snags to close the same.
  • Ensure all MEP services are operational with zero tolerance.
  • Primary trouble shooting for any break down.
  • Vendor Follow ups.
  • Daily work allocation, follow ups, briefing, etc.
  • Maintain the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations.
  • Maintain 52-week PM planner & follow up for closures.
  • Provide trainings to all technicians & maintain an annual calendar.
  • PO / PR process, AMC tracker, Invoice tracker, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Automation, Civil, Painting, etc.
  • Stock inventory monthly audit, follow up for monthly inventory with site in charge.
  • Follow up for all Statutory documents & regular submission to government authorities.
  • Assist Site team for any technical assistance.
  • Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programmer to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
  • Shutdown jobs planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting & Execution of Maintenance work as per the EHS Compliances.
  • Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns. 

Qualifications

Technical Operations and Maintenance

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Operation & Maintenance of up to ACD, CCTV, AV, 200KVA UPS, HVAC equipment’s like PAC, AHU’s, CSU, DX & VRF (Indoor & Outdoor AC), NOVEC, WLD, VESDA, FA&PA System & HT/LT electrical panels etc.
