UWB Product Marketing

Job Description

You will play a central role in the product marketing team to expand sales of UWB SoC products for Asian customers including Japan and Korea, which are key components of digital key systems for which demand is rapidly growing now.
(1) Collect the following information via direct communicating with Tier-1 and OEM for automotive applications and industrial/consumer customers in Asia
  - Customer system requirements (technical requirements, KBF, quality requirements, BOM cost, requirements of improvement for their pain points, etc.)
        - Customer project milestone schedule and sockets
        - Customer target price
        - Competitor status (product release, customer evaluation status, sourcing status, price and supply conditions, etc.)  
(2) Propose digital key system solutions and promote relevant devices
(3) Feedback and proposals on dedicated product roadmap and specifications
(4) Comprehend and analyze entire market view (TAM/SAM/SOM, market trends, competitor activities, etc.)
(5) Consolidate action plan and strategy to the dedicated customers
(6) Immediate response as local service on technical and commercial demand against major domestic customers 
(7) Respond to quote for RFI and RFQ from customers and promote DIN
(8) Customer support for evaluation of our devices in collaboration with sales, FAE and AE
(9) Provide customer requests (requirment specifications, schedules, COGS against target price) via product definition marketing members to the product development team and participate in change management process either initiator or reviewer

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  - Experiences and degree requirements (any of the following)
        - MS in Electrical Engineering & 5+ years of Industry experience
        - BS in Electrical Engineering & 7+ years of  Industry experience
        - MS in Marketing or MBA & 5+ years of Industry experience
        - BS in Marketing or Business & 7+ years of Industry experience
        - 10+ years of marketing or strategy planning experience in semiconductor Industry for RF components

- Knowledge and experience in product marketing and customer promotional activities for (automotive) digital key applications
- Understanding of the product (RF, UWB, BLE, NFC, etc.) requirements and (automotive) digital key systems
- 5+ years experience of (Tier-1 or OEM) customer direct communication such as presentation or Q&A
   
- Ability to comprehend requirement specifications of mixed signal products including RF devices
- Basic understanding of entire development flow of semiconductor components
- Comprehension of financial calculations such as P/L and ROI,  and COGS structure of semiconductor product

- Strong problem solving skills and ability to own issues and drive resolution.
- Excellent communication skills
