SoC development requires advanced design and verification technologies. In particular, verification technology plays an important role in confirming the performance and quality of the SoC. H/W emulator is a dedicated hardware to simulate SoC operation at high speed. For the environment to build the emulator, you will use EDA tools provided by a major EDA vendor.
In this job, you will learn the latest technologies and knowledge in SoC development, and you will also be involved in important tasks that directly affect the performance and quality of SoCs. Furthermore, building H/W emulators requires a wide range of skills in logic circuits and programming, and you will be able to hone these skills; H/W emulators will be used not only by SoC developers but also by S/W developers and others in the future, allowing you to work with a diverse group of people.

Establish H/W emulator environment for automotive SoC

• Build an environment to emulate the entire SoC chip using EDA vendor's H/W emulator building tools
• Integration of verification IP into the emulation environment according to the required test cases
• Perform integrated hardware/software verification using an emulator environment

• Experience in running logic simulations for LSI circuits
• Fundamental/General knowledge of logic simulators
• Experience with H/W emulator building tools (Cadence Palladium and Synopsys Zebu)
• Knowledge and experience in using VIP in I/F such as Ethernet, CAN, etc.
