Renesas' automotive MCUs hold the No. 1 W/W market share, and we are planning to expand the product lineup for further business growth.  This expansion also requires us to strengthen the organization accordingly with high level Program Management professionals. 

• Apply an engineering background to manage complex Customer Programs for embedded MCU systems for Automotive applications
• Interface and reliable partner to the technical HW and SW project teams at Tier1, OEMs and business partners
• Coordinate customer program needs with internal teams (development, system engineering, application engineering, sales) for a flawless project execution
• Ensure that all products (HW, SW, Tools) are delivered on-time and within agreed scope
• Coordinate internal HW/SW program activities beyond development from specification to production
• Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule with appropriate techniques like change-control-boards & problem resolution management
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Minimum 5 years project management experience in similar context 
• Very good educational background, preferably in the field of engineering or equivalent
• Proven working experience in project management in the engineering sector, ideally in the automotive field
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in hardware and software development
• Self-organized with strong attitude of ownership and customer centricity
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 including advanced MS Project skills essential
• Confident English speaker in a global business environment
