Job Summary

• Technical product and application specialist for Renesas environmental sensors (Gas, Temperature, PM2.5, Humidity etc.)
• Support worldwide technical inquiries for the sensor team with focus Europe.
• Generation of technical product documentation like user guides, training materials etc.
• Technical backbone for Sales, business development and technical support for product launch package
• Support sensor business unit in providing product, technical and application specific trainings to Sales and customers/partners as well as distribution
• Create turnkey solutions for customers
• Establish “easy to use” application specific/customized solution for target applications according to volume/profit ranking provided by Product Manager
• Setup and support field and laboratory test of environmental sensor
• Support FA Analyses

Your Profile

• Minimum 5-10+ years professional experiences the field of environmental sensors
• Relevant educational background (electronics or software)
• Degree in Electrical / Electronical Engineering, Master preferred
• Skills in at least one programming language (Python, C, LabView)
• Experience in dealing with customer requests and doing technical presentations
• Plus are:
  • Experience and knowledge of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Experienced in PCB design and layout (Orcad for schematic and Allegro / Altium for layout)
  • Experience of either sensors or sensor signal conditioner, µC and analog front-end IC
  • Experienced with lab equipment, such as high-speed scopes, power supply, signal generators etc.
• Good communication and technical reporting skills, both written and oral
• High level of self-motivation and drive
• Travel is required
