Responsible for uplifting data as a pillar in the sales organization by performing large scale strategic data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities while providing tactical and daily analytical data to Sales Leaders and Sales Operations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
In partnership with senior leadership, leads and contributes to the annual fiscal year transition planning process and execution of the defined Go-To-Market strategies.
Works closely with Business Analysts to supervise and validate sales coverage across Regions and territories, ensure pacing to important metrics, and identify and deliver reporting needs.
Develops workflows and maps process for systems, tools, and other interactions at the center of sales activity and action.
Documents and refines existing Standard Operating Procedures.
Work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other partners to share insights and centralize information.
Coordinate systems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting.
Support sales needs and balance them against the needs of the business while being of service to Sales to help the company achieve its overall sales goals.
Partner with sales leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives.
Navigates project needs, thinks critically, offers solutions to complex problems that reduce barriers to market and sales.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
· Minimum five years’ work experience in sales analysis/operations or manager in business intelligence
Bonus points for:
