Job Description

The Content Asset Coordinator will manage the flow of assets between myON and Accelerated Reader. Additionally, they will support content asset workflow management processes in other areas as needed.

Crucial Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the receipt and distribution of PDF's
  • Reviewing and verifying PDF's (spot checking pages and checking for embedded fonts in order to distribute to myON and Accelerated Reader teams)
  • Downloading audio assets
  • Verifying audio asset length and format
  • Contacting publishers (or coordinating publishing communications)

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or experience in Technical Operations OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of PDF design and creation in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Indesign

Digital Literacy

  • Proficient with MS office applications
  • Virtual meeting software proficiency
  • Capacity to learn new software applications as needed

Other General Skills

  • Customer Service
  • Attention to detail and proofreading
  • Renaissance product knowledge
  • Solid understanding of PDF design
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with others inside and outside the organization
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and prioritization skills
