Job Description

We are looking for temporary Customer Service Representatives to help out in our busy customer service team during our peak period in September, which is known as ‘Harvest’. You’ll be the first point of call for our customers as they return back to school and need help using our products.

Our office is based in Canary Wharf, and you will be required to attend training days and work full time in the office for the duration of Harvest. You will be required to follow our Renaissance Learning UK Covid regulations, in conjunction with government guidelines, whilst working from our office.

You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customers and resolving a variety of customer queries. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to handle your time efficiently and keep calm under pressure. There may be instances where you’ll be required to help out on our online chat platform too.

Working hours for this role is 37.5 hours per week at £10.85 per hour. The Harvest period would run for 3 weeks with the possibility of longer depending on workload. There will be 3 training days from 17-19 August, and a trial day on 24 August to shadow the Customer Service team and make sure all systems are working correctly before 1 September when Harvest begins.
