Job Description

As a Renaissance HR team member, working closely with the Compensation Center of Excellence team, you will support business growth through the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, sales compensation, incentive, and reward and recognition programs that attract, retain and motivate top talent in the organization.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide compensation consultation and training to leaders, HR business partners and talent acquisition

  • Works closely with HR business partners on equity analysis and recommendations to resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Manages base pay programs, including annual merit review process, bonus programs and sales commission process

  • Assists in the development and ongoing maintenance of salary range structures, ensuring alignment with the Renaissance pay philosophy and balanced with external market competitiveness

  • Develop and maintain sales pay structure, ensuring appropriate pay mix by role and market competitiveness by geographic region

  • Manage the Renaissance Rewards and Recognition program with a mindset toward constant improvement and communications to leaders and employees

  • Use analytical and quantitative techniques to assess sales compensation practices within the organization

  • Communicate compensation philosophy, plans, and incentive programs to employees

  • Assists with annual benchmarking process to ensure market competitiveness

  • Assists with executive level market analysis and recommendations

  • May assist in the preparation of Compensation Committee meeting review materials

  • Review FLSA position status and ensures proper classification

  • Analyze existing and proposed programs, policies and practices to ensure they are compliant, competitive, and cost effective while aligning with company philosophy and supporting strategic objectives

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) preferred in business or finance
  • More than five years of experience in compensation consulting, program design and implementation, and
  • More than three years of experience managing sales compensation pay and programs, and
  • More than two years of experience of international compensation responsibility, or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registration

  • CCP required; GRP preferred

Computer Skills

  • Demonstrated strength using MS office applications, in particular, Excel
  • Virtual meeting software proficiency

Other General Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation plan designs including all pertinent federal and state regulations
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent planning and prioritization, problem solving, and business partnering skills
