Job Description
In your role of Accounts Payable Accountant you will be part of Remy Cointreau UK finance team, reporting to the UKIN CFO, and will work very closely with all departments from marketing to sales, supply chain, HR and finance. This job is based in our London Office (40 Berners St, London W1T 3NA).
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Process invoices into SAP (~250 invoices a month)
- Prepare payments with the highest degree of accuracy and in accordance with internal procedures and controls
- Provide vendor aging reports and analysis, review information and analyze disputed invoices
- Resolve all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Process intercompany invoices customer and vendor
- Reconcile rebates and A&P invoices vs accruals
- Manage monthly intercompany reconciliation / factoring
- Control expense reports and payments
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Train new joiners on several process: Concur, external Travels&Expenses platform (Agiito), purchase order process
- Support team on ad’hoc projects: procurement (tenders), function back-up
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Accounting
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Concur
- Proficient in English
