Job Description
In close collaboration with multiple stakeholders (CFO, Finance, Nordics, marketing, supply chain team), you will play a key role in analysing and forecasting our business unit profitability (sales, marketing and opex/capex investments), and recommending optimizations.
You will be part of Remy Cointreau UK commercial finance team, based in our London Office (40 Berners St, London W1T 3NA), reporting to the UKIN Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, and will work very closely with our Nordics, marketing, commercial and finance departments (among others).
Your main responsibilities are:
- Be a business partner to our Nordics team, by providing solid visibility & forecasting on sales (weekly tracker, monthly forecast, depletion/stock reporting, new business cases) and A&P/fixed costs reporting
- Partner with various departments to maintain a strong level of analysis & forecasting of the marketing expenses, logistic costs and fixed costs by nature/cost center/customer/brand
- Animate monthly/quarterly reviews with marketing/sales/management team
- Prepare accurate P&L analysis at a granular level (channel/customer/brand)
- Be responsible for the correct application of the marketing and fixed costs PO approval process, ensure timely goods receipt and appropriate supporting documents, regularly review the balance of accruals
- Structure A&P ROI analysis across various teams & projects - provide insights & recommendations to management on how we could improve our investment efficiency
- Actively contribute to our commercial finance planning up to 6 months ahead (Budget, Last Estimate, etc.)
- Support the UKIN team for various ad’hoc analysis & projects
Qualifications
- FP&A / Commercial Finance previous experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong planning / organization skills
- Able to build recommendation on how to improve processes and investments efficiency
- Team spirit
- Strong level in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Nice to have : Spirits Industry knowledge; Essbase & SAP experience; Multichannels & UK & Nordics markets experience
