Job Description

A Trade Marketing Manager role working in an agile and flexible business, with a key focus on digital activations, and scope to work across all trade channels. The role will be involved in both execution and strategy of the wider marketing plans, working collaboratively with the sales, brand and advocacy team to deliver strong, visible results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital activations and marketing strategy, in line with the brand plans, with a key focus on Amazon, Specialist retailers and e-retail.
  • UK management of E-Store Media Digital Shelf tool to establish and improve KPIs for best-in-class Digital Shelf quality across retailer product pages, showing organisational and cross functional leadership with sales teams
  • UK PIM project management – catalogue owner for Akeneo tool to coordinate with marketing and sales teams and ensure full maintenance/completion
  • Working with E-Commerce team to develop and deliver Amazon content strategy and ensuring best-in-class executive
  • Manage activation plans and execution for National Route-to-Market customers.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing team to support across RTM and Grocery channels where needed.
  • Create customer facing presentations, assisting and contributing to sales tenders/ new business and activations pitching
  • Work with wider team on POSM design development with agency partners – offline and digital
  • Manage channel specific A&P budgets.
  • Regular reporting  in channel/marketing meetings against agreed KPI’s, business objectives and ROI
  • Work closely with external agencies regarding design and execution of activities, maintaining a brand mindset where relevant.

Qualifications

  • You have a strong digital marketing or e-commerce experience,
  • You will bring a digital brand health and analytics experience
  • You have also an experience in RTM or retail trade marketing
  • Your strong collaboration skills, ability to work across cultures and functions will be an asset.
