Job Description

You will be responsible for Rémy Cointreau portfolio development and to safeguard the brand image within the region, to deliver turnover, profitability & value share budgeted.

You will develop and maintain efficient working relationship with distributors, internal Rémy Cointreau entities & other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Ensure RC Brands strategy is consistently executed in alignment with global brand objectives and strategies.
  • Pilot your business efficiently: Accuracy – Autonomy - Transparency

Brand

  • Work closely with partners and cluster teams to propose specific regionally relevant products/activations and to execute the Mktg calendar in a locally relevant way.
  • Ensures consistency of implementation across the area with regards to product assortment, pricing, marketing calendar.
  • Reports timely on business performance and activities to the European MD, in collaboration with other Europe teams members: Finance, Marketing,

Distribution

  • Work closely with distributors to develop and ensure execution of the distribution strategy => To developp visibility & SOM.
  • Identify the business potential of each RC Brand in the cluster and proposes development plans.
  • Oversee the in-store execution and check KPIS and productivity.
  • Set up Sales targets and ensure objectives are achieved.

Develop Financial support

  • Ensure full P&L delivery across the area with accurate informations, within RC internal calendar.
  • Ensure the right strategic P&L shifts are executed in the markets, in alignment with your MD and regional strategies.
  • Search for granular opportunities in the area to gain market share.

Supports Key Business Processes

  • Understand markets dynamics to developp new business opportunities & Transformational initiatives.
  • Supports business transformation and ensure the teams act according to the EMEA zone processes with agility principles.
  • Ensures the distributors are aligned behind the brand and company priorities and strategy.

Qualifications

•You have at least 10-12 years experience in international sales & Marketing and in the management of distribution networks gained ideally in FMCG or luxury industry.

• You have a take-charge personality and are a pragmatic person,

•You will bring strong analytical and synthetic skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•You have entrepreneurship and businesses building at heart,

•Fluency in Polish & English.
