Job Description

For Rémy Cointreau France Distribution you will lead the on-trade sales development in the design and execution of commercial plans to create and drive a growth agenda in Paris mainly and in targeted french cities. You will ensure customer retention and develop new accounts.

Responsibilities

Account Management

•Inspire clients and prospects with our values and brand portfolio

•Drive growth on DHG, Telmont, Belle de Brillet, Mount Gay and Westland

•Introduce LXIII where possible, with the support of LXIII team

•Manage the commercial relationship with RCFD accounts (target : ± 210 accounts ): local wholesalers, CHR and cavists

•Achieve Quality – Distribution - Visibility - Activation objectives at outlet. Ensures world-class execution of all programs

•Book and organize the intervention of Brands Ambassador / Louis XIII BA etc…

•Drive volumes and portfolio selling at client accounts and ensures loyalty and retention of the client to our portfolio

•Identify prospects to be addressed at a later stage in the sales funnel

•Implement appropriate pricing according to the commercial policy and warrant the respect of General Terms and Conditions

•Share information and data that enables better forecasting accuracy

Opportunity and market monitoring

•Update CRM records for the full Rémy-Cointreau portfolio

•Identify opportunities to activate prestigious and/or important accounts out-of-the-box and implement with the support of relevant stakeholders

•Identify trends, share them with the broader organization and imbed these new trends in our plans when relevant  to support the delivery of business performance and financial plan targets for the channel.

•Use of consumer and shopper insights to drive breakthrough thinking

Internal Operations

•Share opportunities with other team members, Collaborate with the CSO and Credit Management teams for optimal order-to-cash process

•Ensure effective A&P and T&E spend. Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel.

•Strictly adheres to procedures with regards to ordering, delivering, sampling and merchandising

Qualifications

•You have around 3 years experience in commercial roles acquired in the on-trade channel, in a  house of champagne or spirits industry,

•You have a client & business oriented mindset,

•You will bring strong analytical and synthetic skills,

•Your have shown excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
