Job Title: Sales Support Intern

Job Type: part-time (app. 20h / week) for 3 months

Reporting to: Head of Business Development

About the role: Sales Support Intern is a 3-months role which will support the sales team throughout the whole acquisition process, focusing on data research, sales proposals creation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Research prospective members and develop tailored sales pitches to meet their needs

• Assist in developing and handing-off leads through sales processes (i.e., social selling, mailing, communities outreach etc.)

• Provide analytical support to the Head of Business Development

• Work with Hubspot CRM platform to efficiently input and track data

• Build a sales playbook & supporting materials

• Stay up to date with the trends in flexible work arrangements, HR tech and HR in general

Knowledge/skills:

• Interest in business development and sales

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent spoken and written English

Personality/competencies:

• Ability to work remotely and arrange the workplace in different environments

• Demonstrate responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy

• Passion and understanding of building relationships with others

Nice to have:
