Job Description

Position Summary: The OD&T Unit is responsible for all staff development across the organization. This position will train with the Director of OD&T in the administration of the learning management system, how to maintain the system’s database of staff and lessons, and running reports to ensure accurate timely data is provided to HR Managers throughout the organization. The intern will learn to organize and maintain OD&T folder structure in Box.com. 

What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

Learning Management System Administration

  • Serve as help desk response to requests from staff.
  • Manual enrollment and posting of credits for classroom sessions as needed.
  • Creation of classroom sessions for proper documentation of learning in the field.
  • Bi-monthly verification of staff rosters and manual creation of new staff accounts as needed.

Administrative Training

  • Maintain various goal tracking spreadsheets.
  • Organize and maintain a clean Box.com folder structure.
  • Assist with the design and development of presentations as needed.

Qualifications

This position demands a dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to excel in a demanding and fast paced environment. 

  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and for a wide audience.
  • Strong computer skills, expertise with PowerPoint, Excel and Box.com is necessary.
  • Understanding of database systems or experience with learning management systems.
  • Experience with e-Learning authoring tools a plus.

Additional Information

Salary: Unpaid, monthly transportation stipend and academic credit available

Relocation is not offered.
