Our mission is to live life to its fullest. It is an online brand, our website is www.ajio.com. It is a new fashion e-commerce venture by Reliance, separate from Trends. We launched on April 1st, 2016 @ Lakme Fashion Week

It is one of largest online portal for women’s & Men's wear, with clothing that fits all occasion for women & Men from western to fusion and ethnic wear. We are a fashion forward brand. Our site offers collections from external brands like W, Biba, Chemsitry, M&S, etc as well as its own brand- AJIO. It is the exclusive partner for retailing Reliance trends’ brands online. Our collection varies from dressy casuals to dress down denims, from high energy active to party wear. From maternity to yoga. Ethnic wear for special occasion to Work and after. We take care of every need of the fashion interested woman & Men. We also offer International brands from Russia, Turkey, Singapore, etc. Currently we offer Womenswear & Menswear and will soon be adding Kidswear as well.

Cluster Manager - Sourcing (Tirupur) is responsible to Strategise, develop and deliver sourcing business as a profit centre for the region.

• Achieve budgeted AOP (Revenue and Rupee Gross Margins, region overheads) for the region
• Increase the share of business
• New Vendor Acquisition
• Achieve budgeted OTIF (On time and full) Performance
• Achieve budgeted levels of customer satisfaction on Product/Services
• Design and develop vendor acquisition and vendor development strategy for the region 
• Allocate revenue/expense budget between product merchandisers 
• Manage vendor/customer relationships and strategic partnerships
• Review region’s performance with the team/vendors periodically 
• Provide resource and solutions for achieving business deliverable 
• Adhere to process calendar 
• OTIF deliverable for the region
• Talent development within the team - training/coaching/mentoring 
• Retain and engage talent and build a high performance team
• Achieve high degree of compliance to organizational culture initiatives such as “ Norms and Guidelines “
