We are looking for a passionate Receptionist who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

About the role

As a Receptionist, you are one of the hotel's most important ambassadors. You are often the first and last person our guests meet, playing a key role in ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and checking guests in and out
• Delivering warm, professional and personalised service throughout the guest journey
• Handling reservations, bookings and guest enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Providing recommendations and creating memorable local experiences for our guests
• Managing guest payments and daily reception routines
• Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless operations
• Contributing to sales opportunities and maintaining the highest service standards

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from a hotel reception or a similar guest-facing role (hotel education is an advantage)
• Is passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Is confident using digital systems and hotel software
• Is organised, efficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. Scandinavian language skills are an advantage.
• Has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine service mindset
• Is flexible and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
• Has a valid work permit allowing employment in Norway and the EU/EEA at the time of application. Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
• A pluss if you hold a valid driver's licence (Category B) and has access to a car
