About the Role

We are seeking a temporary Project Manager & Operations Partner to support the Member Services team during a maternity leave period. Reporting directly to the Global Director Member Services, you will act as a trusted operational partner, ensuring the smooth execution and follow-up of ongoing priorities.

Working closely with the Global Director Member Services, you will contribute to the coordination, tracking and delivery of key initiatives, supporting the team with both project management and day-to-day organization. This role is designed as a “right hand” position, combining structure, reliability and proactive support rather than ownership of strategic leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Director Member Services in the coordination and follow-up of key projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the preparation and operational delivery of international projects (planning, tracking, documentation)
  • Ensure efficient monitoring of timelines, deliverables and action plans across the team
  • Assist in the organization of key moments (e.g. Team Member Services Week, Business Survey, internal calls), managing logistics and coordination under the Director’s guidance
  • Prepare materials, agendas and follow-up for meetings and team calls (including Membership Optimization Calls)
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between Head Office and Delegation Directors
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools, reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Contribute to process improvements and support team organization
  • Provide coordination support for onboarding, training initiatives and cross-functional projects

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • You enjoy working with data and driving impact through structured analysis
  • You have solid experience in project coordination or project management in an international environment
  • You are comfortable supporting data-driven projects (e.g. surveys, large-scale data collection) 
  • You have advanced Excel skills (data consolidation, analysis, quality control) with strong attention to accuracy
  •  You can produce clear, structured and insightful reports and presentations (PowerPoint) for senior stakeholders 
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling complex data and multiple inputs 
  • You are comfortable in a coordination role involving multiple stakeholders across regions 
  • You can prioritize effectively, anticipate needs, and ensure reliable follow-through on time-sensitive topics 
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment 
  • You have excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) as it is the primary working and communication language within the team; additional languages are a plus
