Michael Caines, one of Britain's most celebrated and best known Chef's opened the luxury country retreat Lympstone Manor in Devon in Spring 2017, gaining a Michelin star just six months after. The former private home has been transformed into a 27 bedroom hotel featuring contemporary interiors.  Spring 2022 saw the opening of the latest addition to Lympstone Manor, our fabulous Pool House Restaurant & Bar.  The pool house offers informal and relaxed dining inside or alfresco.  The menu celebrates locally sourced ingredients offering something for all and driven by quality.  

• Facilitating good communication of information between the front office, reservations and the housekeeping team
• Cleaning all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel, ensuring they are presented and maintained to the highest standard
• Storing all linen correctly and dealing with sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company
• Ensuring lost and found items are dealt with as per company procedures
• Ensuring all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc, are dealt with in the correct manner, following company procedures

• Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
