Introducing our newest property with Noble House Hotels & Resorts -The Chatham Inn, Cape Cod’s only Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel. We are looking for our next Innkeeper (Maitre/Maitresse De Maison). A luxurious boutique hotel that blends the soul of a historic inn with modern decor and amenities, and a fine dining restaurant and wine bar.

A day in the life...

In this role, our Innkeeper oversees the day-to-day operations of the Inn to include Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Front Desk and Facilities. This role will provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay; Oversee all aspects of guest relations, including check-in, check-out, and resolving any guest issues or concerns; Supervise and train staff in all areas of hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage; Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations; and Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel property.

You own this if you have…

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality management role is required(with Relais & Chateaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred)

• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Background with Payroll along with Recruiting, Hiring and Training New Team Members preferred

• Candidates who are authorized in the US will be considered for this role.

We are looking to pay this role between $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 plus will live on property.
