We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exquisite culinary creations and will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations. As a Sous Chef at Villa Bokeh, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity in our culinary offerings.

Job Description

Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and recipes.
Supervise and mentor culinary team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and reflect the hotel's culinary philosophy.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food production, inventory management, and sanitation practices.
Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of culinary services for events, banquets, and special occasions.
Contribute to the training and development of kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

 

Qualifications

Experience as a sous chef or similar
