    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated Senior Sommelier to join our team. As our Senior Sommelier, you will be in charge of :

    - organizing and restocking wine cellar

    - looking after the monthly stocktake

    - Taking part of the wine-sourcing

    - Taking part of the Back-office work (invoice, pricing, ordering…)

    - Creating/suggesting the best food and wine pairing

    - Deliver exceptional guest service, with confidence on the floor

    - Full time position working 48 hours per week with Sundays off

    Qualifications

    Good communicator/ fluency in English, spoken French can be a plus
    At least 2 year of experience in wine business or hospitality in similar role, preferable in fine dining environment

    Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom

    Good understanding of French viticulture and cuisine
