The server assistant is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create a warm welcoming and exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The server assistant primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again by helping the server provide 5 star service.
Fundamental Requirements:
· Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
· Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
· Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
· Maintain clean service areas in the front and back of house.
· Run food and serve the guests following the standards.
· Polish all silverware and glassware.
· Reset the tables.
· Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
· Clear dishes from the table and maintain the table throughout the dining experience.
· Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Physical requirements:
- Flexible and long hours are sometimes required.
- Heavy work - Exerting up to 50- 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
- Exposure to temperatures: < 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), >90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in a wet and hot/cold environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
