Part of the Gardinier Group, and sister restaurant of the 2 Michelin star flagship restaurant Le Taillevent in Paris, Les 110 de Taillevent London is part of one of the most recognized fine wine and food brands.
We are looking for a talented Pastry Commis who will ensure that the preparation and cooking of all food cooked on their section in accordance with agreed recipes and processes. Someone who has high-end/fine dining experience and used to that environment coupled with an excellent work ethic. You will be working with excellent quality ingredients creating stunning seasonal dishes within this famous establishment. Due to the busy nature of the role you will need to be organized, happy working under-pressure and great at working in a highly professional motivated team.
An understanding of French/ European cuisine
Good basic knowledge of French pastry.
Be able to always ensure all prep items and recipes are made to our very high standard
Be a team player and work effectively as part of a team
Health & Safety Food Hygiene certificates
An understanding of Food, Health Safety including HACCP
Hardworking, self-motivated and dedicated about the position
Able to cope with working under pressure
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Salary: £11 -£12
Contract: Full Time

Service Hours: Mon-Sat Lunch & Dinner, Sun Closed

28 days paid holidays per annum
