Epoque Hotel Relais & Chateaux is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience in a high-end hotel or resort and a passion for providing exceptional service to guests.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas of the hotel to a high standard, following established cleaning procedures and schedules
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as removing furniture and fixtures to clean hard-to-reach areas
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or room damage to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring that adequate supplies are available at all times
• Ensure that all guest requests are handled promptly and with a focus on exceeding expectations
• Uphold the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Previous experience as a housekeeper in a high-end hotel or resort setting
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
