Epoque Hotel Relais & Chateaux is seeking a skilled and passionate Barman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and serving cocktails, wines, and other beverages, as well as a deep knowledge of spirits and mixology techniques.

• Create and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages according to customer requests and preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including all equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed to ensure that the bar is fully always stocked.
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques to provide guests with personalized recommendations and information.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food and drink menus are complementary and provide a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in the bar
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues.

• Previous experience as a barman or bartender in a high-end restaurant, bar, or hotel setting
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques, as well as the ability to create unique and innovative cocktails
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
• High level of attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• English medium level is a must
