Are you a skilled Commis Chef looking for your next challenge? All of our outlets are individual in their own way, just like our Chefs. Whether it’s prepping and plating, you’ll know your way around a kitchen like the back of your hand and have a mind full of delicious creations ready to wow our guests. You’ll enjoy being part of a team and love the fact that no day is the same.

The candidate we’re looking for will be able to mettre en place and embellish plates on their way to culinary excellence, and have guests sending their ‘compliments to the Chef’ and coming back for more.

About you…

· As our ideal candidate, you will have a passion for hospitality and attention to detail

· You will have at least 1 year experience in quality fine dining environment

· Ability to cut and prepare the mise en place as instructed and demonstarted by the Chef de Partie

· Commitment to team work and good communicational skills

· An energy and enthusiasm for learning and developing

· Ability to demonstrate flexibility and operate in a changeable environment
