Pt Leo Estate has a rare opportunity to join our leadership team as Restaurant Manager in our esteemed fine dining restaurant, ‘Laura’.

This role puts you in the driver's seat of one of Australia's most refined dining rooms in the regional tourism mecca of the Mornington Peninsula.

ABOUT PT. LEO ESTATE:

Work in a business that is progressive, secure and dedicated to staff wellbeing with an established International reputation.  This role will see you:

  • Manage a team of industry professionals
  • Deliver excellent service over a 5 day working week
  • Work with the Culinary Director and Head Sommelier to design and deliver one of Australia's most luxurious dining experiences
  • Work with the General Manager and Head of Finance directly to deliver a successful business at every juncture

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience leading a high-end dining room with proven successful results over this period
  • Ability to relocate for the role for a minimum of 5 years
  • Hospitality Managment or equivalent formal qualifications highly regarded.
  • WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers qualifications an advantage
