Job Description

 

  • Carry out the hotels Guest Relations policy.
  • Clean & Polish Glassware  
  • Ensure Linen is distributed at Night 
  • Complete Fire Safety Walks 
  • Energy Management walks 
  • To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the premises.
  • To observe all safety rules and procedures.
  • To report and, where possible, take action on incidents of accident, fire loss or damage.
  • Check windows throughout the hotel that they are securely locked.
  • Check with all the guests in the bar for late drinks.
  • 4 am walk around the hotel and collect all the breakfast cards
  • Light the fire at 6.15am.
  • Check all wake up calls are answered.
  • Check the restrooms in the lobby that the bins are emptied and that all sinks and urinal areas are spotless.
  • Pass over any information from the night to the receptionist on duty
