La risorsa, in accordo e sotto la supervisione del Responsabile , si occupa di: 
•    Prendere tutte le prenotazioni esterne ed interne sia telefoniche che tramite e-mail
•    Inserimento nel programma gestionale
•    Recall telefonico ai clienti 

The resource, in agreement and under the supervision of the Manager, deals with:
•    Take all external and internal reservations both by telephone and by e-mail
•    Inclusion in the management program
•    Telephone call to customers

Titolo di studio settore alberghiero / turistico / linguistico 
Ottima conoscenza delle lingue italiano e inglese, gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua 
Buona conoscenza e utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici 
Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni maturata nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri o ristoranti con elevati standard di servizio. 
Completano il profilo: orientamento al cliente, capacità organizzative, comunicazione, flessibilità e team working 

Qualifications in the hotel / tourism / linguistic sector
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, knowledge of a third language is appreciated
Good knowledge and use of the main IT tools
Experience of at least 1-2 years gained in the role in hotels or restaurants with high standards of service.
The profile is completed by: customer orientation, organizational skills, communication, flexibility and team working

• CCNL Turismo. L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno valutati in base al profilo e all'esperienza 
• Disponibilità Full time da Lunedì a Domenica (dalle 7.00 alle 23.00) con un giorno di riposo 
• E' previsto l'alloggio
