Job Description

In a Modern Multifunction Restaurant with differente concept part of the One of the iconic Relais Chateaux of Caribbean Island. :

  • Breakfast ( Buffet - A la Carte wellness offer)
  • Lunch ( Light & Fresh international meno on the Terrace front our Infitity Pool)
  • Dinner  ( Asian, Fusion and bar, serving Japanese / fusion -inspired sushi, sashimi, seafood, fish, and meat cooked on a Robata grill )
  • Room service Kitchen
  • Kosher Program
  • Private Dinner

 Chef de Cuisine will work closely with Culinary Director and push to gain the Forbes Stars.

  • As Chef de Cuisine , you will support the team in delivering outstanding levels of cooking and service.
  • He will be in charge of the different  daily Operation of Blue Restaurant Central Kitchen ( Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner – Room Service – Kosher Program – Banqueting )
  • Must have a stable career working in high quality recognized restaurants within Michelin restaurants.
  • 200  covers daily ( on Hight Season ) average
  • 1 day and a half Off a  week or 3 days every 2 weeks
  • Current team of 25 chefs
