Job Description

This position is located in Greenville, Maine.

We are looking for an experienced service professional to lead our Service Team at Slate Restaurant located in the Blair Hill Inn!  We appreciate motivated applicants who are passionate about food and beverage, to create a unique and positive dining experience for our guests.  

Leading the front of house team, including server scheduling, training and support, and ensuring the guest experience is outstanding

Guiding our service team to adhere to the steps of service:

  • Responsible for knowledge of our Menus
  • Ensuring Accuracy when delivering items to the table
  • Be very aware of any special requests, allergies or food restrictions
  • Answer any requests or concerns with courtesy

  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational Skills
  • Restaurant experience is required
