The hotel can offer on-site staff accommodation  in order to help the newest members of the team settle into life at the hotel and local area.

For this role you will need to be a hands-on manager who leads from the front, be knowledgeable about food and beverage service, be good at developing others and be happy to be part of the hotel Duty Management team. 

Wine list development, Stock control, Budgeting, Forecasting, Rostering, Being part HOD meeting, Staff review, Staff training and development.

Ideally WSET level 2 as a minimum.
