Job Description

  • As Head Chef, you will support the team in delivering outstanding levels of cooking and service
  • He will be in charge of the Gourmet restaurant open only for dinner and in support of the purchase of Quality products and Central production for the whole resort in support of the Culinary Director.
  • You must have a stable career working in high quality recognized restaurants within Michelin restaurants
  • 30-40 covers Dinner average
  • 1 day and a half Off a  week or 3 days every 2 weeks
  • Current team of 5 chefs and looking to add more
  • Professional and dynamic working environment

Qualifications

  • Consideration given to a senior sous chef with a stable Michelin background.
  • Modern French Mediterranean restaurant part of the One of the iconic Relais Chateaux of Caribbean Island.
  • They are now seeking a Head chef to work closely with Culinary Director and push to gain the Forbes Stars.
