Located an hour from Melbourne CBD - Pt Leo Estate is a world class, ocean front property. Set on 330 acres - The Estate encompasses vineyard, restaurants and the largest open-air sculpture park in Australia.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager of Laura:

Qualifications

About you: 

  • You will personally identify with the ethos of our team outlined above and have a strong passion for the hospitality industry 
  • You are available to work a mix of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays 
  • You must have demonstrated experience as a manager in a premium dining environment
  • You have demonstrated experience managing staff and assisting them to excel
  • You will be keen to lead regular training sessions - to polish your own skills and share your existing knowledge with the team  
  • You have a whole of business focus and an interest in working across multiple service spaces
  • You have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • You have a passion for food and wine
  • Must have an RSA certificate
