Our AAA Five Diamond Luxury Resort located in Morris, CT is seeking a Full-Time Guest Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a background in hospitality and tourism, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also have strong telephone and computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to efficiently multitask in a fast paced environment. Some of the job duties will include taking hotel reservations, checking guests in and out in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, and may also include guiding or organizing guest outdoor excursions and/or activities on and off site.
 

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Holidays, weekends, and night shift hours required. Schedule changes week to week depending on hotel occupancy.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
