La risorsa si occuperà di: 
− Garantire la gestione del Magazzino (cibo – bevande – e prodotti non commestibili) assicurando il deposito e la conservazione della merce nel rispetto della normativa sanitaria locale e degli standard aziendali.
− Garantire l’approvvigionamento della merce, assicurando il mantenimento minimo delle scorte e verificando la qualità del prodotto in entrata e in uscita, minimizzando i costi e sprechi dell’azienda.
− Gestione e inserimento dati contabili
− Registrazione bolle e le relative fatture
− Controlling e reporting amministrativo
 

The resource will deal with:
- Guarantee the management of the Warehouse (food - drinks - and non-edible products) ensuring the storage and conservation of the goods in compliance with local health regulations and company standards.
- Guarantee the supply of goods, ensuring the minimum maintenance of stocks and verifying the quality of the incoming and outgoing product, minimizing the costs and waste of the company.
- Management and entry of accounting data
- Registration of bills and related invoices
- Controlling and administrative reporting

− Formazione nel settore contabile
− Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel settore amministrativo e contabile, maturata in hotel/ristoranti di lusso e/o catene internazionali
− E' Indispensabile una buona conoscenza dei Software Gestionali e conoscenza di Ms-Office e dei programmi di gestione di acquisto e di magazzino
− E’ richiesta professionalità, riservatezza, affinità con i numeri, conoscenza degli standard di servizio e predisposizione a lavorare in modo preciso e autonomo, oltre che in team
− Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

- Training in the accounting sector
- At least 2 years experience in the administrative and accounting sector, gained in luxury hotels / restaurants and / or international chains
- A good knowledge of Management Software and knowledge of Ms-Office and purchasing and warehouse management programs are essential
- Professionalism, confidentiality, affinity with numbers, knowledge of service standards and a willingness to work in a precise and autonomous way, as well as in a team, are required
- Good knowledge of the English language
