Job Description

As the Photo Shoot Production Coordinator, you support of the Creative Direction Manager organizing and scheduling all activities pertaining to photoshoots. You are an active participant in creating seasonal photo assets based on the brand direction and calendar. 

• Plans, organizes and follows up with internal and external photoshoot partners as per the Creative Brief and direction.
• Oversees follow-ups pertaining to quotes, briefs, bookings, contracts - within budgetary parameters.
• Nurtures relationships with talent & casting agencies.
• Contributes in the organization of logistics pertaining to on-set photoshoots.
• Creates workback calendars per upcoming shoots and coordinates actions and follow-ups in accordance.
• Creates P.O.s, logs and treats all incoming invoices in a timely manner to assure  payment with external vendors.

Qualifications

College degree in fashion marketing or relevant field of study;

• 2 + years’ experience relevant experience; 
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
