We are seeking a part-time Team Lead to join our dynamic retail team at Champlain Place in Dieppe, Canada. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, motivating team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Schedule and manage team members to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
• Train and mentor new team members, promoting their growth and development
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Assist in implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in inventory management and loss prevention efforts

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals
• Proficiency in scheduling and time management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Retail management certification (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
