Reitmans (Canada) Limited is looking for a creative voice to cover marketing copy across all channels to elevate the consumer experience across Canada, support acquisition and conversion of all marketing levers for our PENN. Pennington's brand.

The Copywriter is accountable for maintaining and evolving both the PENN. Pennington’s and Addition-Elle voices across the market. Developing and maintaining exciting and relevant content on a continuous basis to increase the brand’s ‘fashionability’

Reporting to the Supervisor, Marketing Content, the Copywriter is responsible for the creation of all text-based band appropriate information for the PENN. (& Addition-Elle) brands, including crafting copy for social media, in store signage, ads, product copy, e-mail newsletters, translation and other website collateral as needed

What you do:

  • Create all campaign copy for print and digital touchpoints across Canada ;
  • Develop copy for all brand, product and promotional emails as well as in-store signage and promotional materials ;
  • Partner with the Merchandising, Content and Ecommerce teams in selecting merchandise for specific trends stories.


Who you are:

  • University degree in Communications, or equivalent field of study;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role ;
  • Able to work within tight deadlines.
