As a graphic designer for Refyne, you will be a part of the Refyne’s Marketing team working towards shaping the brands visual language & maintaining the brand consistency. We want you to consistently bring new vision, perspective and ideas to the table. You will be working on visuals & creatives for social media to grow our followers. You would be responsible for the visual language and brand guidelines that have to be followed across our brand communications. You are responsible for bringing each idea to life by crafting detailed visual concepts & interaction design, that are constantly motivating and engaging the users. You should be able to independently manage the work queue, handle end-to-end design processes, related tools and proactively engage managers and stakeholders when needed. This is an integral role in our growing marketing team where you should have lots of fun, grow your career, and significantly contribute to the growth of the organization.
Communicate and facilitate user-centered designs and formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communications pieces in both print and digital environments by integrating marketing objectives.
In-depth knowledge of social media along with strong experience of conceptualizing and implementation the same using various tools and technologies.
Design digital assets for the brand’s social media pages, communications and other marketing initiatives.
The designer should also seek opportunities to improve existing designs, explore solutions that require creativity while meeting deadlines and communicate the needs and trade-offs if a project is at risk.
Keep the brand communication that goes out as part of the campaigns & awareness programmes constantly exciting and engaging the users.
Ideate & design the marketing campaigns along with the other stakeholders.
Taking ownership of projects and QC of all the assigned work.
Possess a basic understanding of new trends driving user expectations and behaviours.
Independently perform medium to high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer-centric while following the brand style guides.
Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high-volume designs are delivered in a timely manner.
Assist in implementation of new design processes to support business initiatives and goals.
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative studies.
Minimum of 4-5 years of equivalent and proven work experience in respective fields
High proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, colour theory and an advance knowledge of how those principles work together
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expert understanding of graphic design and manipulation of graphic design elements
Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS
Motion graphics and video editing skills would be a bonus
